Fantastic bar! Ramen noodles and pinball and arcade games. .25-1.00 for games. Bar tenders and extremely knowledgable so craft cocktails are on point.
I'm in love with this bar. Excellent atmosphere with a cyberpunk/neo-Tokyo vibe. The interior design effort on display is outstanding. There's a 16 foot floor to ceiling mural that's full of details related to 80s cyberpunk and pinball, a scale model of the Spinner from Blade Runner, and the bar's countertop is filled with old PCBs. When I was here all the machines were operational, and the ones I played are well maintained for competition. Both games and drinks are priced fairly. Good local food choices if the instant ramen offerings don't suit your fancy. I had a bowl of Shin. The interior accents, the music, and noise all came together and made a simple 2 bowl of ramen feel great. They also provide add-ons like kewpie, mushrooms, nori, and the such. If any of this sounds like your thing, check it out. You won't be disappointed!
Drinks STRONG Service Above & beyond GamesNever seen such insane UX on a pinball game Ramen Diverse Went here tonight for the first time. Was so hype to see an authentic arcade game in Cap Hill. The music was AMAZING and the concept is so well done. We truly felt like we were living in an episode of Stranger Things where they’re all 21. The drinks were super strong but well done. Very rare for the area. We also tried the Ramen and it came on such a cute tray with a timer! I had the bartender make his favorite and I did not regret it. They also had plenty of tables for seating and conveniently placed mini tables and cup holders near the games! Such a great addition to the neighborhood!
Was walking around Seattle and exploring the area when my husband and I happen to find this location. This is a fun arcade bar. Great drinks and fun games.
Such a great bar and ever better hang out spot! The atmosphere is very fun and the bar tender was amazing. I would highly recommend taking your friends here for a fun night of music, pin ball machines and drinks.

The Time warp is a small local bar that offers not only good food, good drinks, but awesome entertainment in the form of classic arcade and pinball machines. The wide selection of house made drinks and on tap selection means there is always something for everyone, I highly recommend the Elevator Action, it's a delicious drink for first timers at the bar. There food selection is unique as they offer a selection of Ramen, so while options are limited, the selection they offer is stellar. Over all I'd highly recommend the Time warp, it's very reasonably priced and has a great overall atmosphere. I give it solid 10/10
Coolest bar in cap hill. Love the cyberpunk theme, neon lights, ramen cup bar with fun toppings, arcade games, and drinks. They host off the clock Fridays with rotating DJs. Check @offtheclockfunction for the next event. Highly recommend!
